The Ballarat Autumnal Day (BAD) Ride weekend is a highlight in the Wheel Women calendar. We’ve been doing it since the beginning of Wheel Women and we love it!

The route is never a totally flat one and usually undulates…we choose to do the 50km ride as a chance for riders to do their first event ride, try a distance they haven’t done before, or to simply just go and ride 50km on country roads….even for the most experienced riders it’s FUN!

The ride is suited to those riders who can ride at least 20km/h and don’t mind a couple of hills. It’s okay if you haven’t done 50km before, but you should have done several 35km rides.

Cost: Members $175 / Non-members $195. (single rate $265/$285)
Deposit: $60 Non-refundable payable upon confirmation of your spot.
Balance: due Friday 15th April.
Includes: shared quality accommodation, pizza dinner, glass of wine/sparkling/soft drink, BAD ride entry including an awesome lunch.
To keep the costs low we share rooms with 2-3/room (own bed). There are only a couple of single rooms for a much higher price, please ask if this is your preference.
