You’re stuck on the side of the road with a flat and no idea what to do…cry, call for help or scream. We aim to change that by giving you a hands on session in flat tyre changing…you will do it, you’ll take front and back wheels off and you’ll get all the help you need!

We even show you what tools you need to take on a ride to keep you out of trouble!
