It’s Women’s Health Week so let’s ride…your Ride Leader will be Women’s Health Week and Jean Hailes For Women’s Health Ambassador, Tina!!
We’ve planned a ride that we’d LOVE all levels of rider to attend – okay, it might mean going a little slower for the more experienced riders, but we want you to help support the less experienced riders so they have their chance for some fun.
Please bring a friend along who perhaps doesn’t ride, or hasn’t ridden in a LONG time…or bring your daughters (minimum age of 10 and can manage the distance) or bring your Mum!
The ride will follow a route through the city and a stop for coffee and chat…all flat, all on bike path! Any kind of bike welcome.

Distance: 15km at 9am from Docklands
(20km if you start at WWHQ and start at 8.30am)
Start: WWHQ, 52 Pin Oak Crescent, Flemington OR at crouching monks statue on Newquay Promenade, Docklands
Bring: Locks, lights, spare tube, water, money for coffee and cake.
Lights & Spare Tube is Mandatory
New riders are welcome, we have a come-and-try policy of 3 rides before you need to become a member. Please see our website to determine what level of ride suits you.
