POSTPONED: Unfortunately we lost our presenter, however we have lined up a ripper for you. They are currently overseas so we will organise a date down the track and this promises to be an excellent session. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Nutrition – So you’ve taken up riding, you’re building up your fitness, and now you want to know how to feed your body so you can ride further and further. We’ll cover the basics of ride nutrition and hydration so you don’t bonk mid ride!

This is a event is also open to Bicycle Network Women’s Community Riders.
