A special Pilates for Cycling class as part of Women’s Ride Month!

Lots of you have asked about core strength and what it does for cycling…the answer is LOTS!

With the view to great strength and stability, Emma-Kate Hitchcock from Aligned For Life Pilates will run us through a few basics to get us started. The idea is for us to see what it is all about and learn a little, and if everyone likes the session we’ll get Emma to help us with some more core strength basics to get us up those hills and riding strong.

Ride starts at Hobson’s Rd in Kensington where the road meets the river. We’ll ride to the pilates studio in Moonee Ponds and have a session, grab a coffee afterwards and have a LOVELY catch-up and then you can choose to ride back or leave from the venue.

Emma is VERY keen to get us started and give us a ‘taste test’ with the pilates so there is no cost!! Thanks Emma!
