CALLING ALL RIDERS…THIS EVENT WILL BE FILMED FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH WEEK and be used by Jean Hailes for Women’s Health organisation to promote active women.

Each day of Women’s health Week has a different theme, and today is Time To Move! Well, let’s move a little bit differently today….bike and walk!

We’ll head towards the Kings Domain and the Bot Gardens by bike, lock up (with REALLY heavy duty D-locks!!), walk the famous Tan track, have coffee at the Bot Gardens cafe and then ride home….we’ll be making sure the walk is a good steady work-out pace…so come along, enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of the birds and chat with friends while we get the heart pumping!
PS. If we have time, we’ll do a little longer on the bike too.

Distance: 20kms riding, walk 4km
Level: Pink and up.
Start: The crouching monks, New Quay Promenade, Docklands
Bring: Lights, D-Lock or other strong lock, spare tube, MYKI card, water bottle, and money for coffee & snack.

New riders are welcome, we have a come-and-try program of 3 rides before you need to become a member.
