I had to send a LOT of emails so I may have missed a couple by mistake.

Please refer to your members email (13/6/17) before purchasing you ticket for this event.

Also if you can indicate in the comment section what distance you are doing, then we will know to look for you on the day.

Our weekend accommodation is now fully booked, but you are very welcome to come up on the day or organise your own accommodation and join the Wheel Women team on the ride. Please still book in below so we know you are part of the team.

We had such a great time on the Ballarat weekend in May, that we thought we’d do it again this October in Daylesford.

This one we are running a little differently, We’ve booked accommodation and dinner, but we’ve left you to buy your own ride entry. This way you can choose whatever distance you want – 33km, 63km or 146km. We’ll have ride leaders on the 33km and 63km options, we’re not sure about the 146km.

Total Cost: Members $140 / Non-members $160. (Sorry no single options)
Deposit: $30 Non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Due 10th June.
Balance: due Wednesday 20th September.
Includes: shared accommodation, delicious 2 course Asian fusion dinner. (Vegetarian and Vegan options available)

Update (30/5/17):
Members will have first preference. Non-members are very welcome but if we are over-subscribed will be refunded as we need to support our members.
Cancellations: The $30 deposit is not-refundable. The balance is not refundable if cancelled after September 20th, unless we can fill your spot.
Dinner is booked for 7:30pm. We like people to get there earlier for a pre-ride chat, but understand this may be difficult on Fridays.
Wheel Women do not supply transport but we do encourage carpooling.
