We’re convinced the weather can’t be as bad as last year, so we’re doing this ride again. Yes, that’s right, we’re taking to the roads around Ballarat as part of the Ballarat Autumnal Day (BAD) Ride.

We do the 50km route because the focus of this weekend is FUN – fun and riding. Some of you might be doing your first event ride, or riding your first 50km or doing your first country road ride – fantastic, we’ll be there to support you. For the more experienced riders it’s a chance to ride in the country, enjoy the country hospitality and show your Wheel Women spirit by supporting our less experienced riders.

The ride is suited to those riders who can ride at least 20km/h and don’t mind a couple of hills. It’s okay if you haven’t done 50km before, but you should have done several 35km rides.

Cost: Members $180 / Non-members $200. (single rate $270/$290)

Includes: shared quality accommodation, pizza dinner, glass of wine/sparkling/soft drink, BAD ride entry including a good lunch.
To keep the costs low we share rooms with 2-3/room (own bed).
