One of the most common questions I get asked is “how much should I eat on a ride?”…but riders often forget about HOW MUCH SHOULD I DRINK! Remember: drink today what you need tomorrow!

I’ve invited Dave Cooper from SKRATCH LABS to come and talk to us about hydration, nutrition and recovery. Pretty happy to have Skratch involved because it’s all natural product. Dave is an experienced cyclist, he knows how this all works…we like that!

There will be some very cool giveaways for our Wheel Women Members only…and plenty to sample on the night. Trust me…it’s YUMMY!

Dave will get some flavours happening for you and you can ask him all about hydration. I’ll sit back and sip the Skratch!

Come along for some great info – it will be a fun night in a relaxed atmosphere….and give aways are COOL!! Places limited.
