Riding in a bunch can be a little daunting, but it’s a great skills to have. This is all about developing your balance, your anticipation and learning what your role is in the ride. We look at predictability, safety aspects, how to roll turns.

This is one of the most fun sessions because we get to go out and spin those legs and have some fun…a must if you want to join our shop rides!
