Sorry folks, we have had to cancel this one.
Join our short ride on Friday ane then join in on a yoga session with Kay.

Ride: 9.45am-11.45
Yoga: 12-12.45

For the next 4 weeks we will run a little ride and yoga campaign…if you like it, we’ll keep running it!

We’ve invited Kay Gries to be our yoga master to help us shake out our tight legs from cycling.
Kay is a qualified yoga teacher and has over 6 years experience. Like many of us with our cycling Kay came to yoga later in life. A few too many work related injuries and too many visits to the physio prompted the change!
Her flow style Yoga is suitable for all levels of participants, and includes elements of Tai-Chi. It is a beautiful and invigorating practice, with emphasis on the breath, which will leave you refreshed and calm in both mind and body after a lovely ride.

We’ll run 2 rides to cater for beginners and the pink/purple riders. So everyone join in and meet other Wheel Women.

Meet at the Community Garden area on Geographe St, Victoria Harbour (downstairs from the Wheel Women office)
