Covid-19: As per the DHHS and CHO directions, ALL riders must be double vaccinated.

Let’s mount our bikes for a rolling ride along the Bellarine Peninsula Rail trail from Drysdale to
Queenscliff. We will be out in the countryside, surrounded by farmlands with crops, horses, chooks and sheep. We will roll alongside the waters of Swan Bay as we make our way to the Marina in the historical township of Queenscliff. We will be riding mostly on a compact gravel track with a short sealed section of quiet road coming into Queenscliff. The ride is mostly flat with some rolling rises and a couple of short sharp rises but we can take it easy on those. Good practice for gear selection.

Level: Magenta (please note, this will be a slower paced ride so Pink Geelong riders may be considered to attend if you have ridden the rail trail in the past and are up to the distance)
Distance: 36 km
Start: Lake Lorne Reserve. Corner of High Street and Station Street, Drysdale
Bring: Mask, sanitiser, lights, strong lock, spare tube, water bottle, money for light refreshments.

We will be maintaining the required social distancing. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, you must cancel from the ride and please get tested.
