Starting near Hughesdale station we will explore part of the new Djerring trail, running along the railway line through some of Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs. We will ride as far as Noble Park and retrace our pedal strokes to Springvale stopping for coffee at the Springvale Market, one of Melbourne’s great markets. There will be time to explore the market, so bring a small bag if you think you may be tempted by the many treats on offer.
This ride is mostly flat and all on bike paths.

Level: Pink (Meet at 9:30am)
Distance: ~24km
Start: Playground, Galbally Reserve, in Arthur St, Hughesdale. The playground is next to the Djerring trail. All day parking is available in nearby Carlisle Crescent.
Bring: Mask, sanitiser, spare tube, water bottle, MYKI, money for coffee. Bring lights and lock if you have them.

Level: Blue (Meet at 9:45am)
Distance: ~10km (~5km to the market and 5km back)
Start: On the bike path at Calyton Railway Station
Bring: Mask, sanitiser, spare tube, water bottle, MYKI, money for coffee. Bring lights and lock if you have them.
