Due to the TOUR DOWN UNDER, we will postpone this event until a later date.

Come and learn the best stretches for taking care of those cycling legs and how to keep everything in great shape. Natasha will lead us through some great ways to look after all those precious parts you need to keep moving. This will be a great session.

Please bring a towel or yoga mat and wear clothes for exercising (bike gear is fine)
