Hi Riders,

In March/April 2025 there will be a Spring Shimanami Tour and it should just hit peak cherry blossom season on the Shimanami…magnificent!

Two places have just become available for the 6 night/7 day tour across the Shimanami…taking in all the best places and staying in gorgeous accommodation. The tour is being held mostly for the Melbourne Brompton Club (many of you know WW rider Dayna)…but you DON’T have to ride a Brompton to participate. Any bike is fine and we can organise either flat bar e-road bike hire or Brompton hire if you wish! It’s also a mixed group, so bringing your husband or buddy is fine.

It will be a casual pace of around 20-22kmphr and you will get to see some of the lesser known parts of the Shimanami where the tourists don’t usually go! We even end up on the Yumeshima Kaido (the lesser know local route)…sakura, FUN, food, immersion and adventure!
